Interval
Your meetings and notes, one glance away.
By Cory Parry · Updated
Free to download from the Mac App Store; Interval Pro is required to use the app. Apple shows the current monthly and annual subscription prices and any eligible trial before purchase. Website purchases have separate terms.

About the project
I built Interval around a simple idea: the details of a meeting should stay close without taking over the desktop. It brings upcoming calendar meetings, a clear countdown, call links, and manual notes into a compact native Mac companion. This page introduces my work on the app; the Interval website has the full product guide and current purchase options.
See what is next
Choose your calendars and follow upcoming meetings with a countdown. Open a meeting’s call link when one is available; calendar access does not change your events or invitations.
Keep time in view
Follow the meeting timer at the edge of your Mac, fold it into a compact countdown, and use optional preparation and end-of-meeting notifications.
Keep the decisions
Write bullets and checklists beside the timer. Search saved meeting notes, export a copy, and choose optional iCloud sync.
Who is Interval for?

Keep your meeting day close
