What is collected
A privacy request records your email address, request type and any message you choose to provide. This site does not use those details for profiling or automated decision-making.
Why it is used
Privacy-request details are used only to review and respond to that request.
Storage and sharing
The information is stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database used by this site. It is not sold or shared for another organisation’s marketing. Service providers may process it only as needed to host the site and store the records.
How long it is kept
Privacy requests are reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed to demonstrate that the request was handled.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, or object to how it is handled. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you remain concerned.
